Convención Latam 2017

Last July, the 2017 Latam Convention took place at our Bogotá office, where the directors of all the Latin American delegations met to analyze the company's strategic guidelines in depth. In addition to the main program, these days also offered some parallel activities to create a way for our managers to feel part of the Tempel Group family.

We also took advantage of this meeting to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the opening of our headquarters in Colombia. What began as a business challenge has now become a fully consolidated firm in the Colombian market.

During the four days we spent together, everyone had an unforgettable time and together we had the opportunity to learn and share knowledge from colleagues and experts in the field.

Last but not least, the VMI war cry was heard all the time during the convention, symbolizing among all the unions the motivation to win and prosper in the Latin markets
